Terms of trade
Online purchase at

All Løs på tråden items are unique and made at my workshop in Copenhagen.
Therefore, I can not guarantee that neither size nor fit is as desired. Here I will recommend 
you as a customer, check the size and any measurements, on the individual products. You can also write to
me on Instagram @Loespaatraaden or at, for any questions.


Since Løs På Tråden is a small company, errors may occur on your product. If it is
the case of your particular purchase, write to me as soon as possible at So that we can
agree on a solution.



All packages are sent with DAO and will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. All shipments are on
buyer's own responsibility. Packages can only be sent to Denmark and it can take 2-8 working days before you can pick up your package.

Shipping costs
All orders are added freight of DKK 45.

Return of purchase on
There is a 14 day return policy on all online purchases. Shipping will be deducted from the amount and you pay for any return.


How to return:

Send an email to Write here what you want to return. If you bought via instagram or in the store, please write your account number or mobilepay number for refund. If you have shopped over the website, your money will be sent back via Stripe.

2. All returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as on delivery. The package must be sent directly to the store and NOT a parcel shop. GLS or Postnord is recommended here.

Once the package has been received, the money for the purchase will be returned if the purchase is in the same condition as when sent. All returns through the Website will be paid back through Stripe. It can therefore take 2-5 working days before you have the amount in your account. If you still should not have received the amount, write an email to:

5. All returns are at your own risk. Løs på tråden does not take responsibility for broken or missing packages. Therefore, it is recommended that you send packages back with a tracking number.
